Left button is not working

Help needed! It just happened 2 hours ago. I went for shopping and when came back the right button on my laptop refused to work. It's Lenovo R61i. I have restarted the system about 10 times and re-installed touchpad and mouse drivers. No result with both. Every key on the keyboard is working properly, just the left buttons…

Help needed!

It just happened 2 hours ago. I went for shopping and when came back the right button on my laptop refused to work.

It's Lenovo R61i. I have restarted the system about 10 times and re-installed touchpad and mouse drivers. No result with both.

Every key on the keyboard is working properly, just the left buttons (the one above and the one under the touchpad).

I called the Lenovo/IBM helpline but I was told that the laptop help stuff works from Mon to Fri only.

I have to use my laptop with keys only! What a nightmare!!!

Anyone ever had similar problem?
