    Hi all,

ok i have this friend who is maybe in the position to sue to people but he's not sure on whether he can, i just wanted to see what other people think about these......

    1. the first one isnt so bad and kinda isnt worth his while doing it (imo). he was playing football (about 2 weeks ago now) and he played in goal and got a huge head injury, a huge lump appered on his head and he had blurred vision and dizzyness (bad spelling). he was working then later that night in a pub and he again started to feel dizzy and nearly fainted, he had to stop and because he had to stop his boss fired him as a result, i taught that was messed up.

but thats not as bad as this one though...

    2. my friend got a tattoo, about 3 months ago, it was fine at first but then the ink started to fade, he went back to the place and complained to the manager and the manager said that the guy who did it works at home now and he gave my friend his number. he started to go to other tattoo parlours and everyone told him that they couldnt redo it unless they competlely did it over but it would cost him alot of money. so then he went back to the original tattoo place and when he said to the manager get the fella who did it down here, the manager said "well, eh he doesnt actually work here we just let him come in every now and again and do tattoo's" . (the manager said that very nervous aswell) so my friend flipped,,,, basically someone (who wasnt actually working there) did my friends tattoo and fu*ked it up.

..... so does anyone think he has a chance on either one, im not so convinced about the 1st one but i think the tattoo one is just messed up.

Tell your friend to see a solicitor.
