Getting a 7 star coach in 9.3.0

The Sum of Motivating, Determination and Level Of Discipline will be shown as DDM.

Fitness Coach
Fitness = 20, DDM = 45+
Fitness = 19, DDM = 50+
Fitness = 18. DDM = 54+

Goalkeeping Coach
Goalkeeping Coaching is 20, DDM = 50+
Goalkeeping Coaching is 19, DDM = 52+
Goalkeeping Coaching is 18, DDM = 54+

Tactic Coaching
Tactic = 20, DDM = 50+
Tactic = 19. DDM = 52+
Tactic = 18, DDM = 54+

Defence Coaching
(Defence x 8) + (Tactic+DDM)x3)=
360+ = 7 Star
320-359 = 6 Star
280-319 = 5 Star

Attack Coaching
(Attack x 6) + (Tactic x3) + (DDMx2)=
270+ = 7 Star
240-269 = 6 Star
210-239 = 5 Star

Ball Control
(Technique x6) + (Mental x3) + (DDMx2)=
270 + = 7 Star
240-269 = 6 Star
210-239 = 5 Star

Shooting
(Technique x6) + (Attack x3) + (DDMx2)=
270 + = 7 Star
240-269 = 6 Star
210-239 = 5 Star

Set Piece
(Attack+Mental+Technique x3) + (DDMx2)=
270+ = 7 Star
240-269 = 6 Star
210-239 = 5 Star

Example of some:
Defence is 20, Tactic is 20, and DDM is 37, that would get you 7* in defence training.
20+20+20 = 67

Technique is 20, Attack is 20, and DDM is 45, would get you a 7* in shooting.
(20x6)+(20x3)+(45x2)
= 120+60+90
=270
= 7Star

Just FYI, 4 and 5 start coaching is now considered the same standard of coaching that 7 star was in the previous versions. That means they didn't decrease your training standards, but just added a higher level. 7 star coaches are rare. How many teams have every coach the best in their field? 7 star coaches are now as rare as 7 star players.

jaysus though i had just fired and hired in the 2013 preseason and was delighted with all of my 7star coaches.

No problem. I kinda prefer the new strict standard of 7 star coaches. Makes the game more realistic. I don't think your results are down to the training and coaches because they tweaked the match engine so some tactics work better of 9.3.0, while some have become obsolete.
