Seat covers Tipperary?

anyone know of a guy ( or for that matter maybe a girl ) that make home made seat covers somewhere in north Tipp. There was a set on a secondhand jeep I bought a few years ago & they were the best quality I have seen. Could be wrong but had a feeling they were in the Templemore area
