    I have. It can mean a virus or spyware. Last time I saw it, it was due to the mydoom virus on a citrix server.

    Was that when you were trying to access Gmail?

    I got that during the week when Gmail was down.

    I think they put that up when they got it working again as a security feature

    It happens on gmail if you refresh the page while the little bar is loading up in the top left corner

    Don't worry about it.
    It can be caused by (as well as whats previous stated) dodgy user agents and if your connection isn't working (lets say you're not getting information back and your computer keeps sending requests for the data and it finally gets through) google will just think its automated.
