If I was cycling on a main road and was involved in an accident which was my own fault (e.g pedal flew off and bike lost control), would this disqualify me from my provisional driver license for a type B vehicle?

Was there any type of court hearing ?

Or did you just fall off your bike and get up again.

You dont need a license for a push bike os I cant see it having anything to do with you actually getting a license lol.

You dont need a license for a bicycle. Anything that happens on a bike isn't going to affect your licenses/permits.

I'm just wondering if a person was convicted of drunken driving but didn't have a driving licence, are they banned from applying for a Learner Permit for the duration of what would be a normal ban period (e.g. 2 years)?
