Necrons are easy to paint :-)

as are space marines. Basically the less flesh revealed the easier they are to paint.

You can use time saving/cheating techniques like dipping (you can use any varnish for this, just get one you can water down a bit) that make some armies piss easy to paint to a reasonable standard.

well if they are rubbery you're screwed! Although if they haven't totally solifidied, slicing it up and blending it into a slurry with a little water may render it useable.

That said my older flip top pots (white lids.. smaller) last longer than the the newer screw tops or the newest flip tops I've found

I read where someone sat the pots in some hot water and then when the solid paint started to break down just added a little water and a lot of stirring/mashing. I don't know if this really works, just something I found on the internet.

To be honest if any of the paints are dried up I would chuck 'em. You can try to add water but you will always get trouble with little lumps in the paint.

    Nothing but a hassle, IMHO.

While I agree, it does depend how 'dried' out they are. If they are just a little thick water and shake. Quite thick but you need it for jsut a teeny spot then I would chop + hot water. But for proper painting if they are very dry/almost solid rubber then I concur, chuck em and get new ones!
