Gan Teora Senior Light contact championships 2009

    I am posting this to tell you of our first senior light contact
    championships which will be held in Waterford on the 10th May 2009.
    The venue is Waterpark secondary school, park rd Waterford city.
    Registration on the day will be from
    10.30am-12pm and championships will begin an 12.30pm. the weight
    divisions will be as followed :
    Ladies :
    -50kg -55kg -60kg -65kg -70kg and +70kg
    Mens :
    -60kg -65kg -70kg -75kg -80kg -85kg +85kg
    the competition will be aged from 17-35 and will be 10 euro per
    competitor. Each fight will be 2x2min rounds and rules will be W.K.A light contact rule.
    All light contact fighters welcome ! Please forward an estimate number of
    competitors from your club if possible, as soon as possible to waterford.ka@gmail.com.
