Hi I have 46" samsung LCD, Sky HD and a WD HD TV, the current sound system is an oul technics cinema jobby and doesn't really cut the mustard and I'm into cutting mustard:o. Anyway I have a grand to spare...what's the best bang for buck with amps and speakers? If push came to shove I'd go a little higher than a grand. Cheers.

I went with a Monitor Audio Radius HD 5.1 setup + Onkyo Amp for just over the budget. Haven't it all setup yet but the reviews are good.

    Q acoustic 1010i AV package and a Yamaha DSPAX786.
€460 ish on the amp and €550/600 on the speakers.
