Not sure if anybody can help me here but I’ll throw it out there anyway, I have a UHF cctv signal (Co-ax cable to tv) that I’d like to view remotely over the internet. Have broadband at the UHF receiver site (ie my house), not with static IP address but can get one. What other hardware do I need for my computer?

You'll need a video capture device. Static public IP not required - use a free DDNS from DynDNS or No-IP or similar.

I know someone using an 8-port BTTV capture card and ZoneMinder on a Linux box.
