Curtain or Curtin

My Griffith constitutional manual keeps talking about the "Curtain" case in 2006 and one of the issues is admissiblilty of evidence obtained under an expired warrant.

I remember this was an issue in Judge Curtin's case.....is this a case of Griffith (and so half of the FE1 students) having their spelling wrong, or are there two distinct cases?
