Serial ATA to IDE

hey lads need a little help here. trying to add an old hard drive to a new PC as a secondary drive. the problem is that the ports on the drive are IDE and i only have SATA port on the Motherboard. is there a SATA to IDE cable? a adaptor of some sort perhaps? any ideas? cheers in advance for any and all help.

i also found this online myself i was hoping to get it from either ireland or uk if possible due to delivery times etc..

but if it is cheaper from the states or whatever and will work i'll go that route.
