My sister uses the standard version of Spamfighter (incorporated into Outlook Express).

The main reason she uses this is because of its ease of use.

    Basically it has

    A Block button

    A Unblock button

    A Spam folder

    All nice & simple?

Anyway, the issue is that when see blocks any particular email it puts it into the SPAM folder but it does not put the email address into the Blacklist (and it used to).

Can anyone tell me why this would be happening? or is there any other free alternative that is equally easy to use?

If its Spam the probability of the email address being 'real' or consistently used is fairly remote.
