    Hi,

I'm looking to buy a pair of headphones for a new electric drumkit and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for an affordable pair that's good quality - under E60.

    Thanks in advance.

Sooty, any of the AKG or Sennheiser models will be adequate.

you better off getting a good set of inear phones , and putting builders mufflers on top - cos the leccie kits do make annoying noise .

the in ears and mufflers make it sound like you are part of the kit - its great

like shure ec or ER 6i / ER 4P

and you can keep the volume down then to protect your ears .

always keep the volume near zero and turn up gradually til it sound just loud enoguh - DONT try to get the feeling of bass - buy a seat kicker speaker if you need to feel bass.
