crohns disease and humira

    Hi,wondering if anyone has had experience with Humira?Have been on it for nearly 8 weeks now,and am no better.What I really want to know is should it take so long to work,doctor said I should start feeling better after 1 month.Finished pred on Sunday and am worried its going to get worse.Any feedback is appreciated,thanks.

    Hi

    I was on imuran, pred and many others, remicade etc.
    I was put on humira and honestly it has changed everything. tiredness has gone down. I am eating better and it isnt as much of a drain on my body that I found the other meds to be.

    It does take a while to kick though, and you will start off with a high dose. I think it was four injections, two, then down to the maintence one every two weeks
