    Hey,

I bought goods off a medical firm with a money back guarantee.

Goods were 2,700 in total and not very good ( not surprised they went bang ).

It was suggested to me that I go to a solicitor and make a claim for the funds on the basis that I may get something back. The company is based in the uk so I was just wondering 1) is it worthwhile and 2 ) who would I send any claim to?

    Any info welcome.

    Thanks
    Paul

you would have to lodge a claim with the liquidator of the business.

If there is any money left after the Revenue, banks and secured creditors get theirs you could get lucky if you can convince the liquidator that you are due a refund.

Depending on how long ago they went wallop, i'd imagine you have little or no chance of getting a penny.
