Virus or Spyware/Malware?

    I bought a new PC recently and hooked it up and everything was going fine.

    Now, when I play games(and only when playing), my game will minimize and 2,3,4 etc firefox(or whatever my default browser happens to be) windows open up. So I close them and about a minute later it happens again and keeps on happening thereafter. It makes the game impossible to play. It's TF2 on Steam.

    Ive downloaded numerous anitspyware programs and antivirus programs but nothing of significance has been found. I've tried Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, Spyhunter, various random malware removers, Kaspersky and AVG(wont install at all).

    Please help :(
