    I would be much obliged if anyone can help with this.
    My mother in law has a `secure watch HKC` alarm fitted to her house which is acting up.
    Now she could have caused this problem herself as she is getting on a bit and her eyesight is not great but all she gets is `Dialler menu` in the display and no matter what I press it displays `please wait`....needless to say she has no manual for it. :o

    Dialler menu is a sub menu in the Eng mode of the panel. To quit out of the Engineer mode press keep pressing the quit button until it says exit engineer? then press yes.

    She could have enterd the default engineer code and entered the engineer mode by mistake? defautl user code is 1111 default engineer is 4567
