What's the road tax on an old Prius?

Just wondering what is the road tax on a Toyota Prius, older than 2008 - so it wouldn't fit under the co2 taxation. Does it get taxed by it's 1.5L petrol engine? Or as an electic car? Or do you have to pay road tax twice, once for each engine? :)
