    was wondering if anyone could help me out building a new house have to decide about the heating which would be the cheapest to run an emerson heater or an electric shower

    Any help would be great

    shower as u only heat what u need.

    however the performance from an immersion is usually better as flow from elec shower depends on temp of intake cold water which will vary so in wnter flow of HW will be less.

    An electric shower is cheaper but most plumbers will fit an immersion heater anyway in the cylinder.
