Just factorise the top and bottom separatly.

    Top (3x-2)(x+3)

    Bottom (3x-2)(x+4)

    The 2 (3x-2)'s cancel leaving
    (x+3)
    (x+4)

I think you mean (3x-2)(x-3) on top

    thanks :P

i tried this one and i dont think im right.

    x^2-5xy+6y^2
    x^2-4y^2

Took me a min or two to figure that one :D

    After factorising, you get:

    (x-3y)(x-2y)
    (x+2y)(x-2y)

Then the two (x-2y)'s cancel to leave:
    (x-3y)
    (x+2y)
