43 episodes in season 1 - that's a big commitment. Unless you decide you aren't ar$ed about one of the patients, allowing you to skip that night each week.

The missus is somewhere in the 20s (in episode numbers) and is enjoying it so far. Gabriel Byrne being on screen for so much of it works for her ;)

I am surprised that they didn't organize an omnibus edition each week on either TV3 or 3E.

Anybody watch this? I tuned in with some amount of trepidation as I wasn't sure that it would be for me. But I was very impressed and it was very engaging. I definitely will be tuning in tomorrow and I'm going to try and watch it all.

Yeah I tuned in it was a bit late and I was a bit tired. I think I will stick with it but I may watch the omnibus on the Sunday. I will follow it this week but after that I think sundays will suit.

Powerful stuff, feels like watching a play, but good performances, may stick with it but 11 is past my bedtime

I am seriously impressed too. Watched the omnibus lastnight .. thought I'd switch after the first half hour, but it totally sucked me in. Each episode with a new character, excellent acting. The script is clever, packs a punch. Melissa George is getting about a bit, Grey's Anatomy and now this. Nice to see Diane Weist on screen again. And as for our Gabriel Byrne, he is a damn fine actor. Riveting sunday night viewing.

I agree, there is something gripping that draws you in. The actress who plays the young girl Sophie is outstanding. Enjoying it so far. Had to watch the omnibus on Sunday as Sky+ missed end of some of the episodes during the week.

Yeah I noticed that myself. Completely 3e's fault though. I just record Jimmy Fallon afterwards to make sure I get the whole thing. On almost every episode so far this has been a problem which means that 3e has been 10-15 mins late most nights which is ridiculous since they have no live programming to run late.

Jimmy Kimmle Live! 3e seem to be advertising it as Late Night with Jimmy Kimmle they have yet to correct this error.

I was surprised by the format, a different character each night a week and the fact its only 1/2 an hour long. But I like it.
