florist in kilkenny

    guys we are looking for recomendations on a florist that is reasonably priced in kilkenny. Our wedding is in june and we had it planed but have been let down by a florist we knew... any recomedation would be great. We are not looking for much to be done, but we are on a budget of around 4/500 euro. we are heading doiwn on saturday so any advice would be great soon so we can get in touch before we go down.

    Ive heard not used them yet myself but The Flower House at the traffic lights in Abbeyleix are meant to be very reasonable about 600 i think it cost a friend for 3bm's & 1bride, buttonholes for wedding party 2MOB bouquets, flowers in the church & there was candlebra's aswell, worth a look anyway not sure if it would be too far for you though. ps forgot she had 3 flowergirl baskets aswell.

    My cousin is from Kilkenny and she used Flowers by Lucy, the flowers were amazing. She had a high budget but any florist worth their salt should be able to work to a budget. My friends budget was just €200 and her flowers were beautiful. Focus on your bouquet and your bridesmaid's and personally I think spending a fortune on flowers for the Church is a waste, does anyone even notice them?

    My friend went to one woman in Freshford, Helen Dooley who was very nice and organised the whole thing. She had a few albums of different styles to choose from so you could pick out the styles, colours, ribbons, etc for the church and the bridesmaids and grooms, etc. She made some good suggestions too about colour matching and she was pretty reasonable price wise.
