Get down to training!!

Stayed home last night and stuffed myself with pancakes instead of going to training. Now I know pancake Tues is a bit of a once off but still, if it wasn't that I'm sure I would have come up with another excuse; tired, not motivated, bad day at work etc. I've a bit of an injury at the moment that's just not fully clearing up so that's bothering me too and gets me down sometimes.

It's not worth missing training though, 'cos for one the feckin guilt is bad, and mainly you actually feel so much better once you just make yourself get out of the house and down to the club. I would have felt much better last night and today if I'd got a good session in. I know this only too well from experience that once you get down to the club you wonder why you ever contemplated not going in the first place, and you feel great afterwards!

Just do it! Just get off the couch. Just go. Don't think about it, just go!

So for anyone not thinking of going training next time, just go!

Bit of a random thread I know, but...
