    I need some help.

    A Cannon iR 6570 Multifunction won’t scan to the designated inbox’s.
    It was setup by someone else and had been working fine. You can still print to it from the network and scan from it to a shared folder on a server but it will not scan to the inbox’s. Someone said it may be dropping the ip address of the exchange server but I don’t know how to check this. Any ideas? :confused:
