Bus stops Naas morning and how busy?

Not sure if this belong here or in Regions... Anyway, could anyone tell me what route buses from Naas to Dublin take through Naas in the mornings? What roads? Are there pickups anywhere other than the centre of the town and if so, is it possible to get on or do the buses fill up in the town?

There are several stops, the long distance buses only stop at a limited number of stops the rest are for local (Naas-Dublin) buses only.
