I need help. I am building a house soon and am trying to find the right heating system for me. The house will be roughly 2500sq feet. I would prefer to get Geothermal. I have asked around but cant get a straight answer. Some people are happy with it and some aren't, about 50/50. Biggest concern is running costs. I know…

Plenty of threads on heating here, first things first - Insulation & airtightness, then work out your heating requirements.

Have a look at some of the other threads in "construction & planning" and in "renewable energy".
