How much entitlements will we lose?

Right I'll make it brief if I can..

Have 3 children with same dad..we've had a very weird relationship as in we were going out and had our 8 year old..moved in together..didnt work out..broke up

Got back together and after 3 months I fell pregnant with our 5 year old..up to this point we were both working..I always worked since I left school..he was then offered a contract in Oz for 2 years which he decided to take and we broke up..he was heart broken leaving kids but we werent getting on again and decided as he was making good money he would be best to go and he could send over mainteneace for kids which he did...

He got back and we realised that we missed each other and I invited him to my sisters wedding as my parents are mad about him and all my family have great time for him..I fell pregnant with baby number 3 that night...

anyway thats the history..since back from oz he has set up a part time business and lives with his mam as we dont want to commit to him moving in until we are sure about how things are seeing as we have a funny past and i dont want kids upset...

he signs on the labour using that x's and o'x form??

I too have a part time business set up and I am getting Back to Work Allowance as I was in receipt of One Parent Family for 2 yrs previous when I had to give up work as couldnt afford childcare and boyfriend as in Oz and sending over maintenance but we weren't together we had broken up...

My question is really we are thinknig of moving in together again now and seeing how it works..I have a City Council house ago..if we do I will have to notify the council of this as I wouldnt like to be looking over my shoulder or be dishonest about the fact he would be living there...we will pay the rent increase...

Can I keep my back to work allowance does anyone know?
Can he keep his x's and o's?

Does anyone know how us becoming a proper couple and him moving in will affect these things? I dont want to ring the social welfare in case they ask for my PPS number etc..I want to talk to someone confidentially about it..as you can see it's a bit of a saga!

Anyone know anyone who could answer the above questions for me?

Check out Askaboutmoney.com, they have a specific forum dealing with our particular isssus. Alternativly, ring Citizens Advice, they are really helpful and dont ask for any personal details.

Cheers Wibbs, I've contacted Citizens Advice anyway and the girl will call me back so hopefully we'll find out what the situation is soon.
