Am possibly looking at a factory build fixed wheel on cycle to work scheme, any suggestions?, been looking at the BOWERYS at CSS, any other factory built with/without drops and preferably with brakes.

    Kona Paddywagon
    Charge Plug
    Surly Steamroller
    Specialized Langster

Would all be worth a look.

The question was never "conclusively answered" :) but there is a big list in this thread on LFGSS.

I have a Giant Bowery and Specialized Tricross myself. Both are good bikes but very different. The Bowery is a lot lighter/more nimble. The Tricross is a bit of a tank with a relaxed riding positon but has the option of full mudguards and rack and loads of clearance for wide tyres if you wanted to take it off-road. To be honest I got the Tricross to take over commuting duties from the Bowery but I find myself on the Bowery more.

    The Gold Bike Crystal Edition.

The first €1,000 is tax free. Shame about the next €70,000.

I really like the Specialized Langster but I've never ridden anything else to compare it to.
