Probably a long shot, but is there any bus that goes anywhere near the DSPCA shelter in Rathfarnham?

I was hoping to pop out there tomorrow to have a look around. It's open to the public from 11am.

    Has anyone else been?

It's not on any bus routes, in fact it's not really even close to any of them. Maybe the 15B or one of the buses that serves Knocklyon/Firhouse/Rathfarnham, but it would be a long enough walk!

The 74a goes up Stocking Lane which is where the shelter is situated.

    Its a great place!

The 74a or the 161 should do the trick - still a bit of a hike after either of those though...

Nah, the shelter's on Mount Venus Road, a bit of a ways from where the 74a leaves you on Stocking Lane.
