    I recently misplaced my beanie.
T'was a simple affair, dark blue with neither symbol or tag, hem nor colour other than the aforementioned blue.
    Much like this.

While I intend to find my wayward hat, I ask you to help me locate a suitable replacement and companion for it.

To which far flung corner of the land must I journey to acquire a head garment of equal plainness?

H&M had a decent range of them in various colours last time I was in.

Excuse my ignorance but, where/what is H&M?
I should have mentioned I am currently in Carlow but go home to Galway of a weekend.

Swedish chain of Next like stores. Several branches in Dublin, not sure where they are outside the capital.

You should pick them up anywhere really - Dunnes, Penneys etc should have a few but I found them not to be the best fit.

Best beanie I ever bought was a plain black Animal beanie (youll find plenty places stocking this sort of thing online) best fit and lasting forever. Still wearing it after nearly 3 years of fairly constant wear. Has gone a little baggy now though :(
