Fujitsu/Siemens keyboard problem

I have a Fujitsu AMILO L7300 Laptop with a keyboard problem. The letter "W" will not work regardless of what I do. I popped the key to check for any obstruction, nothing there. Then I checked the regional settings, all appears ok. This is the only key that does not work, all the other kes are perfect. Any Help please

You will probably have to replace the keyboard. You can get them on Ebay cheap enough. (Just make sure its the UK layout)
