Is this any good? - they say 0 latency... can't quite see how that works :)http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/hardware/mr816csx.html

Or does anyone know of the lowest latency firewire device (don't need many inputs (like 2!) - as i'm ITB. Or should i be looking at PCI devices to really lower it?

Have a couple of Presonus Firepods. Latency free, using Cubase. 8 input, but I think they also do a 2 channel version. Alright for the money like!

I don't get the latency free thing though.... if i had 20 VST running and my CPU is starting to get used up, how would i get 0 latency on let say playing another VST instrument?
