Has anyone noticed how with todays fashion it's becoming harder to differentiate between man and woman they all look the same please tell me i'm not the only one who notices this

Haven't noticed that really.

I find that girls and guys look fundamentally different in many ways. Maybe you should ask your parents to explains these ways to you.

I saw a person in a supermarket the other day. He or she had a style similar to that of a character called Newt from Hollyoaks. He or she was about 16 or 17. I swear to God I've never been unable to tell if a person was male or female until then. I've seen some before that were tough to call, but after very discreetly having a good look and hearing him or her speak I honestly could not tell if it was a girly boy or a boyish girl.

Not in my case really, I'm only 22 years old and I have socialised with and befriended very openly homosexual and heterosexual people that have very outlandish styles of dressing etc, for all of my adolesence and my short adult life. I am accepting of all kinds of people. I am just sharing an observation that relates to the name of this thread.
