    Hi,
At the stage where i have to decide on treatment system. Cost is the main factor.
    Biotech is 2800 excluding installation.
Bord na mona puraflo is 4500 including installation but i also need a septic tank at a cost of 1000. Total is 5500
My question is what is the best option, puraflo would seem better from an electricity point of view but the cost is a massive factor.
    Advice is appreciated.
    Pete

Silly question, does your site analysis say you definitely need a treatment system?
I was originally all on for installing a treatment system in my own build, but when the calcs were done, it wasn't needed, so will be putting in septic tank only.

i do not think you are allowed to discuss specific products on this forum....

when choosing treatment systems you should choose based on the folloing:

    1. the best companies deliver, install, commission and certify their product.
    2. the best companies demand a maintenance contract be signed and carried out.
    3. make sure system comes with an alarm light, or internal panel
    4. concrete products have less chance of rising in sites with a high water table (messy if this happens!!)
