    Hi,

I'm thinking of sitting 3 of the acca exams in december. I was wondering if it was possible to buy the study materials from anywhere and just studying the subjects at home, as i dont fancy doing lectures with any of the course providers.

Does anybody know where i could buy the books and revision notes etc that would usually be supplied by the course providers (DBS, BPP etc.) and if so what books etc do i need to get?

hodges figgis on dawson street have all the books and solution books.

May I say that I never recommend not doing lectures. The ACCA course like any a/cing body is tough and you really need the benefit of the lecturers experience. I think its important to have a competitive advantage now or at least not be behind your peers. Its just my opinion though. good luck

you could try getting the books second hand. just watch out for certain subjects that has syllabus changes. Tax would need to be bought new.
