Ministers using Air Corps as a taxi service

    Not sure if this belongs here or in Politics.
    Could someone please clarify for me what is the policy of Ministers using air corps choppers to hop around the country with the state cars chasing them around to be there when the chopper lands?

    Should this be happening? We all know it shouldn't, but why is it still happening?

    He's hardly going to tell me "your right spadder, this is a complete abuse of state funds, state assets and defence force man hours, I've let the Irish people down during this time of savage cutbacks and I should resign..."

    Well you won't know until you go ask him.

    Its not the Air Corp pilots fault they are just following orders, same as the Rozzers who drive the Ministers Car.

    I'm not blaming the cops or the PDF, I want to know what the PDF's policy on green Taxis is?
    I thought someone here might know.
