    can someone please clear this up for me. lets say you have a mid term that is 30% of your final grade for the subject and you get 20% on the mid term. does the 6% still go towards your final year grade or do you get 0 for the mid term because you failed it? sorry if it sounds a bit like a maths question. just curious

    some modules do require you to pass the mid-term exam though to pass the module...
