    I see keaphoto prices have shot up ...

    It's global. Price increases are due to the currency rates causing places like Japen problems when exporting abroad.

    It's unfortunate.

    Yen is gone very strong, which is why Nikon/Canon are hiking their prices in foreign currencies.

    I got my lens here, no VAT nor TAX. No shipment fee as well.

    Yeah, I used onestop for a new lens recently too, was very pleased and it's worth trying their price match option if you do find a better price somewhere else :D

    Prices have shot up _again_ ....

    the 100-400 f4-5.6 was approx €1100 a few weeks ago ... now its €1,200+

    Currency exchange rates are the main cause of such.

    I'm watching the prices regularly, before I make my next purchase.
    Sterling has got a bit stronger against the Euro, which doesn't help.

    I got my most recent purchase at this place http://www.photoagora.gr super service, they even called me as they gave the package to UPS to confirm why there was no postcode!
