If this should be somewhere else can someone put it there please and thanks :D

Last Friday I developed a sore coccyx (you know the base of your spine/tailbone). I didn't fall or can't remember hitting it. But over the weekend it became gradually more painful... It took me 1-2 minutes to sit down and stand up as the pain was awful..it was like there was someting weighing down on it when I went to stand up. It was agony. Sleeping was ok but I found it hard to get up. I only start to feel twinges then walking yesterday and if I stand up for too long it gets sore so I've to try and sit down then... I am going to see an osteopath later but wondered if anyone could shed some light on this... It's not sore to touch sometimes and sometimes it is like there is a bruise but there is no noticeable purpleness... Also I noticed that there is a bit of a lump between the two dimples in my lower back, could this be the cause or a symptom (I don't know if it was like that all the time but you know how when something is hurting you start to question every bump and scar...)
