PSN won't accept CC details

    Hi, when I tried to buy a new car on burnout my cc details were refused. Do I have to set up an account under Account Management first?

    Couldnt sort out the Burnout thing but I cant wait for my new laptop to arrive!

    Seriously though, you have to put your details into account managment, go into the ps store and fund your wallet ;-)

    Generally their pretty good with the euro-seterling conversion, having said that I buy everything off the US store :P

    Tried that last night, went into account management and tried to fund the wallet, no joy "the CC details you input are incorrect" or something similar keeps popping up.

    I even got a cc bill to make sure the address is Exactly the same as what I input (even to all being in caps) and no joy...??? :confused:

    2 minute phone call to sony on this number 0818365065 will get you sorted, theyll clear your details (just ask them to escalate to head office and 5 mins later youll be away)off the system and you can then redo them and it will be accepted

    I have to do this everytime a 3 v voucher runs out anyways

    Thanks Shin, will give it a go... never had a problem with using the cc on-line before?
