I have a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo L1300 laptop and having issues with the screen going dark. I read a number of posts in relation to this and have replaced the inverter which I thought was the cause of the screen darkening, but alas no. I have a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo L1300 laptop and having issues with the screen going dark. I read a number of posts in relation to this and have replaced the inverter which I thought was the cause of the screen darkening, but alas no. So I have orderered a replacement backlight and was just wondering if anyone knew if it is a major job to do the light replacement or should I leave it to a professional? Oh btw I ordered a light with the connections already fitted as I believe soldering is required if they don't. Any help would be appreciated.
