Split a sealed fan motor

In my A6, the aircon condenser fan is noisy. It's out of the car now but it's a sealed unit.

The aircon guy that looked at the car for me told me that leaving it switched to econ for ages does the pump no good. The aircon fan is costly to replace and I can't afford it at the moment. I've emailed UK audi specialist breakers but I can't be sure I'll end up with the right thing.

Assuming it is a bearing problem or something equally trivial, is it possible that there's some electrical specialist somewhere that could theoretically be able to split it and repair it??
