Try the constructive dismissal route explanation if you feel it fits what happened.

Are you only working in Ireland 6 months? And you quit/were sacked?
It is unlikely you will get any dole.

    Would that be correct?

I lost my job because i argue with manager and i woked out from work. Then i have been told by the managment to leave the job otherwise i will get disciplinary notice.

If you walk out of your job you are not entitled to social welfare payments for a, i think, 8 weeks

I think your English has led you to misunderstand your employer. They obviously had a problem with your work and said they were going to put you on disciplinary notice until your work improves, and you decided to just quit?

I wouldn't agree with that interpretation of the events. He had a fight with a manager and walked out before he underwent disciplinary action/dismissal. There is no evidence of work being not satifactory.

OP you have a serious problem with the Social Welfare, if you tell you them you walked out, you won't get dole for a period of time, I don't know how long (maybe 8 weeks as someone above said). I presume that you will get the equivalent of the Community Welfare Officer though, so it is the same really.

The Social Welfare office will want to know what the fight was above, and the sequence of events that led to the fight and you walking out. Write it nice and simply, and put it all down.

It can be 0 to 9 weeks.
