gaming problem

i recently bought the new lord of the rings.my graphics card is an ati radeon x1270 but the minimum required is x1800.along with this a 2.4ghz processor is recommended but i have a 1.9. so if could anyone tell me if i bought the graphics card should the game work?(its already installed and runs with sound but no display)

Should work even if the cpu is a little on the slower side, you'll definitely need a better video card though. This would be the minimum to play the game, this would be ideal on a small budget.
