HEATER MATRIX PUG 307

    IS IT DIFFICULT TO REPLACE HEATER MATRIX IN PUG 307 HDI 2LITRE 2003.
    DASH DOES NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED THE UNIT SLIDES OUT BEHIND APPARENTLY.
    ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO DO IT PROPERLY???
    WHERE ARE THE PIPES CONNECTED IN ENGINE??

    Never replaced one on a 307 but replaced one on my 406 a few months ago.
    With the 307 its a matter of removing the panels around the passenger footwell area and you should be able to see it from there.
    I clamped both hoses (feed & Return) in the engine bay with two pieaces of
    2x1 timber and a G-clamp to stop the loseing your coolent.
    the Matrix when disconnected should thenslide out.;)
