    Hi,
I'm new to boards so i hope i'm on the right forum.

I hope someone can help me with this.

My dad has been hospitalised for a number of months now. before getting ill he got a loan from bank for home improvements etc. Thing is he hasn't got improvements done. My siblings have gone through his bank statement and have noticed a large amount withdrawn. they questioned him as to what he spent it on but he doesn't remember (he suffers dimensia)

I know i went for him & with him to pass machine on a number of occasions, (as he doesn't drive) i never questioned what he wanted money for. As he's been hospitalised for a while - i have been given authorisation to discuss account with bank - ie get something sorted re paying back loan etc. but not to withdraw money or anything like that. I don't have his pass card either.

However, my siblings are now screaming blue murder as to where the money is - and haven't quite blamed me to my face but I feel they are. I haven't done anything wrong - i went with my dad when he asked me but certainly haven't stolen money from my own dad that's for sure. But they are saying things like "fraud" Theft" etc. and are calling the guards to ask them to intervene? they want cctv cameras checked etc.

I automatically feel guilty because i helped my dad when he asked. My question is will guards intervene? how do i prove my innocence?

Feel like a criminal now for nothing.

    pls advise?
