would someone be able to explain to me what it means to be put on probation of offenders act? also would it make things difficult for travelling to usa or austrialia?

It's an order of the District Court releasing a person with or without conditions to be of good behaviour for any period up to 3 years. It's essentially a slap on the wrist, a second chance. No conviction is recorded so it does not effect a persons ability to obtain visas and travel.
