how to titlt a plane in solidworks

    hi! quick solidworks question....how can i insert a plane at an angle at solidworks.
    i go to insert
    ref geometry
    plane
    and set it up where i want it but when i change the angle in the command menu it wont tilt!... i have a feeling a done it before

    if i remember right i think you have to click an edge or face to tilt it from.
