IPS Policy Agent has stopped working??

    This keeps popping up regularly on my laptop, yesterday I installed Zango so I could access a website and watch Dexter online, anyway it started overloading my computer and my windows defender kept asking me did I want to remove it, eventually after the computer froze for the fourth time I uninstalled Zango and did a full scan, had two quarentine items which I got rid of but then this IPS Policy Agent has stopped working box keeps popping up,

    What to do?? Is it bad?:(

    What software are you using for anti-virus, anti-spyware etc?

    I use sophos...a friend installed it for me, I scan my computer even couple of weeks, do you know what to do?
